ASEAN Constructors Federation (ACF)

The ASEAN Constructors Federation (ACF) is a group of construction associations in ASEAN countries formed in 1985. Its goal is to bring these associations together for discussions, cooperation, and support among construction contractors in the region. Members include associations from Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

International Federation of Asian and Western Pacific Contractors’ Associations (IFAWPCA)

The International Federation of Asian and Western Pacific Contractors’ Associations (IFAWPCA) was created by the Philippine Constructors Association, Inc. to connect with builder groups outside the Philippines. It aims to facilitate collaboration among contractors from different countries in Asia and the Western Pacific, exchange construction technology, strengthen relationships between governments and contractors, and establish cooperative arrangements for civil engineering and building construction.

Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP)

The Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP) works to address employers’ concerns about how workers and management get along and how businesses can grow peacefully. It aims to suggest new policies for these issues, improve how managers handle things, support fair discussions between employers, workers, and the government, promote businesses that care about their communities, and help companies improve how they work with their employees.

Construction Sector Transparency Initiative Philippines Foundation (CoST)

The CoST initiative started in the Philippines in September 2008. It involves private sector, government, and civil society representatives and aims to promote transparency and accountability in the construction industry. It is supported by the UK's Department for International Development and the World Bank. CoST works to improve the accountability of construction companies and government agencies for the cost and quality of public construction projects in the Philippines.
